Easter Fun!

 

 The girls really enjoyed listening to the Easter story and opening the Resurrection eggs.  This was our first year using the Resurrection eggs...fabulous addition...new tradition!
 

 Last weekend, we went to a local community event and the girls completed crafts, played games, participated in an egg hunt and even were able to hold several baby animals. 

 

 

In addition, we headed up on the mountain for some fun, including a hayride around the orchard! 

Oh, we had fin with the eggs this year!  Diva style!

Lastly, the baskets...

I love how the girls are so uniquely different!  Izzie carefully looked through her basket, removing only one item at a time.  Whereas, Mac dumped her basket and went through everything within seconds!

 

Izzie is digging peace signs. 

 Mac was thrilled with the glow-in-the-dark heart pillow. 

 
 

Next year, I can't wait to create our own Resurrection Garden!
