Storytime From A to Z: Letter R

Our Homeschooling Coop is currently over for the year.  We were able to complete 24 of the 26 letters from Storytime From A to Z.  I wanted to share the two letters that we didn't do and a few ideas for each.

Storytime From A to Z: Letter O

 Officer Buckle and Gloria

Storytime From A to Z: Letter S

This particular week at Coop, the Storytime From A to Z letter was "S" and the book was "The Giant Jam Sandwich".

I found the cutest craft for this book here and knew the girls would have so much fun creating their own giant jam sandwich!

 The front cover states, " In My Giant Jam Sandwich, I Caught..."

 Izzie caught two butterflies...

 And a giraffe! 

 We decided to take peanut butter and jam sandwiches to Daddy's work and enjoy a picnic in his office!  It's summer, so we can make surprise visits!

The girls love visiting his school...they love the school buses!!  

They keep asking when they get to ride a school bus...a little difficult for a homeschooling family!

Storytime From A to Z: Letter C

This particular week at Coop, the Storytime From A to Z letter was "C" and the book was The Very Hungry Caterpillar. 

 

We made this adorable paper plate Butterfly Life Cycle.  

 

Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of Izzie's, but it was so cute!
